LEARN HOW TO CONTROL YOURSELF FROM BEING SELFISH TO SELFLESS....

Hello anyone... XYZ... ABC... I don't know who all are reading this one...

So this time its not an story and its definitely not an article... Its fact like talk... something I can call totally Practical... 

So, I actually think this is the season of DEPRESSIONS.... I know a lot of people, suffering from DEPRESSION... REGRESSION... and a lot of such feelings...

And basically, I am one of those...

So, Its a kind of depression... that makes me cry a lot thinking about either a person or my future... 
So... tomorrow I m definitely going to do an research work and will try to understand my depression lies in which category... and I think every depressed person should do this... ANALYSIS is very important...

Okay... So let's start... 

I was crying some hours ago... cos of my DEPRESSION...
I probably cried for like 10 minutes or so... Ya, I know for how much time I cried... cos I was listening to a song, which was actually OSM... but It made me cry...

And I m not understanding these things now these days... why songs make me cry... maybe cos they sounds convincing to me... for me... etc...

So, after that crying session I went outside my room... and basically outside my house... and I was all alone... and believe me NIGHT time is the best to cry... its so peaceful....

So... my first personal advise to all depressed people is try to collect all the bad points\ situations\ condition... or whatever bad that has happened to you in the day... and then try to think them in night... there are chances that you might forget them... or some of them... or if u still remember them... Then please CRY... Its important ... Its an sign that you are emotionally well...

You know... for an healthy society, people need to be PHYSICALLY, MENTALLY\ EMOTIONALLY and SOCIALLY healthy...

So... this means you are contributing to an healthy society...
CLAP for yourself...
or you can do that for me... for cracking such POOR JOKES!!...

 Hmm... So lets move forward...

Then... I cried for like next 2 minutes or so... 
And I cried like hell... my legs were paining... It was very hard for me to breath... 
And then... My tears refused to came out... cos my body needed some air to breath rather then tears to clear my eyes...
So... my second advise... JUST cry... like you, your body also knows when to STOP...

Then... I started thinking about an story... basically I love to write and thinking stories is my favorite past time activity...

Then... I talked to myself...

I m actually bad in English too... But I tried to talk loudly to myself in English... So that, I would take time to think about making meaningful sentences... and my mind works in that direction...

Then, I realized... basically I recalled somethings... Its an thought not a fact 

So it says... BE POSITIVE LIKE PROTON...

So... I understood it... in an different way... Normally people would think that one must be positive in his\her life... but I understood this in an different way...

According to me... BE LIKE A PROTON means be STIFF...  cos its so hard to remove protons from an ATOM...

So... the next thing I realized was...

Its not bad to be NEGATIVE in LIFE... Its like similar charges repels and dissimilar charges attracts...
So... you need to be negative to attract positive vibes around you...

Being POSITIVE is also not bad... But its like... you get attracted to HATRED, DISAPPOINTMENTS , REGRETS more easily...

Next thing that I realized was...

There is an human tendency to criticize people... Its WRONG!!
But It might works for you... in such DEPRESSED situations... GO on to think about others... to forget whats BAD going on with you... Believe me this one works...

U can talk to your friend... Don't talk anything about your life but talk to them about other people... GOSSIPING is one of the best solutions...  Its best to deviate your mind...

Its don't help totally... but might be for sometime...

Next thing is...

Normally we have a tendency to forget things as we move on in an conversation... Talk to yourself... keep going on... TALK more... you'll definitely move away from where you have started... THIS WORKS...

And if once again... ANY DEPRESSING thought came into your mind... THE NEXT BEST SOLUTION IS VLOGGLING...or BLOGGING...






AND ONE LAST THING...
LIFE IS NEVER TOO SHORT...
GO ON CRY...
IF U NEED...
DO THIS...
IT'S IMPORTANT...  
AND REMEMBER... YOUR BODY KNOWS THIS WELL, WHEN TO STOP!!
ONE LIFE... LIVE IT... CRY ALOUD... LAUGH ALOUD... DREAM SECRETLY... COS THERE MIGHT BE BLACK MAGIC AROUND YOU...
IT'S NOT IMPORTANT TO BE GOOD ALL TIMES...
IT'S ALSO IMPORTANT TO BE RUDE, WITHOUT BEING BAD...
IT'S YOUR LIFE... U CAN DO WHATEVER YOU WANT TO...
BUT AT THE SAME TIME... IT'S IMPORTANT TO LEARN HOW TO CONTROL YOURSELF... FROM BEING SELFISH TO SELFLESS....
